The Foundation believes in supporting not only the Wayne School District, but giving back to our community as well. The Foundation could not be successful with their programs without community involvement.  Giving back to the community is a vital part of the mission.

Part of the community outreach is a yearly food drive to fill the local food pantries for the holidays. In the past the Foundation challenged the residents to bring donations to fill a box truck with food and sundries for the pantries. The outpouring from the community was overwhelming and they did indeed fill that box truck. The Foundation will be doing this event yearly to help keep the pantries’ shelves stocked for the holiday season. 

Additionally, the Foundation will partner with other businesses and organizations for community events, projects and the like.  The Foundation believes that partnering with other businesses and groups will continue to make the community stronge
